Desperate Measures, LLC is located in Dallas, TX, and San Francisco, CA. We work in all 50 U.S. States.
Many existing buildings don’t have original plans or documentation available for renovation purposes - that IS what we do! We scan and survey existing properties and then recreate the plans in a usable and editable format for renovation purposes.
Desperate Measures provides Architectural as-builts, reality capture, due diligence surveys, existing conditions documentation, 3D Lidar Scanning, for all building types - across The United States - for a multitude of industries, including Architects, Interior Designers, Project Development corporations, building owners, Real Estate & Property Holding Corporations.

The exterior elevation on the right depicts one example of only one elevation of the building (we delivered 6 exterior elevations in addition to an as-built of each floor.)
